The agreement between you and JobFit when you use our products.
These Terms of Service govern your use of JobFit. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
JobFit provides recruiter review intelligence, match analysis, and related career tools. Outputs are informational and do not guarantee interview, offer, or hiring outcomes.
You are responsible for how you use JobFit outputs in applications and communications with employers.
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use JobFit.
You retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions, and other content you submit. You grant JobFit a license to process that content to provide and improve the service.
You represent that you have the right to submit content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.
We may change pricing with notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted.
Do not misuse JobFit, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service, resell outputs without permission, or submit unlawful or harmful content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the service or other users.
JobFit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate analysis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
