JobFit (“we”, “us”) provides recruiter review intelligence and related career products. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use jobfit.ai and associated services.

By using JobFit, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Account information such as your name, email address, and authentication credentials.

Career content you provide, including resumes, job descriptions, profile preferences, and analysis inputs.

Product data generated from your use of JobFit, including recruiter reviews, match reads, and related outputs.

Billing and subscription information processed through our payment provider when you subscribe.

Technical and usage data such as device type, browser, IP address, and interaction logs used to operate and improve the service.

To deliver JobFit Recruiter Review™, Resume Tailor, Skill Radar™, Executive Dossier™, AI Portfolio, and other features you request.

To maintain your account, authenticate access, and provide customer support.

To process payments, manage subscriptions, and send service-related communications.

To improve product quality, security, and reliability — including debugging and abuse prevention.

JobFit uses third-party AI and infrastructure providers to analyze resumes and job descriptions and generate recruiter-style outputs. Content you submit may be transmitted to these providers solely to deliver the product.

We configure providers for service delivery. Retention and subprocessors may change; material updates will be reflected in this policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who help us operate JobFit (hosting, email, payments, AI inference) under contractual obligations.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition with appropriate notice where required.

Published AI Portfolios and shared report links are visible to anyone with the URL you share.

We retain account and analysis data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with law, and resolve disputes.

To request deletion of your account or personal data, email support@jobfit.ai. We will verify your request and respond in a reasonable timeframe.

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; use JobFit at your own risk for highly sensitive information.
